John joins us from Southern California where he spent many years living and working in hospitality in the Palm Springs area where he has perfected the art of providing a seamless dining experience. His previous accomplishments include being owner of The Cantina, located at the Polo Fields in Indio, CA. He later moved on to become a managing partner at Kitchen86 located on El Paseo Drive in Palm Desert. He is excited to become part of the DANCIN family and expand his knowledge of wines.
