Introducing the ‘Cambré’ Fiano
Since opening day, Chardonnay has been the foundation of our white wine program. Now, with the debut of our ‘Cambré’ Fiano, we introduce a new expression of elegance and energy.
Named for the graceful ballet movement meaning “to arch,” Cambré is made from Fiano, a white grape native to Southern Italy’s Campania region—the birthplace of the inspiration behind DANCIN. In ballet, a cambré is a subtle, intentional motion, full of grace and fluidity—qualities echoed in the texture, minerality, and lifted aromatics of this incredible white varietal. Limited to just 50 cases in its first year, Cambré marks a meaningful step forward in our white wine journey.
