Harvest Dinner - September 30th

Immerse yourself in a one-of-a-kind culinary experience at this year’s Harvest Dinner!

By popular request, we’re adding something special—a spit-roasted pig, slow-cooked to perfection over the earth oven!

Your night will begin with a glass of wine and a paired passed appetizers as you mingle on the terrace. Watch as our culinary team brings Oregon’s bounty to life, cooking salmon on stakes and roasting the pig over the in-ground fire pit—a true feast for the senses.

The evening continues with a multi-course meal that showcases the very best of our local farmers’ produce, each dish thoughtfully paired with a selection of DANCIN’s current and library vintages. With the smooth sounds of Jeff Kloetzel setting the mood, this will be an unforgettable evening you won’t want to miss.
